I I got back from SF about a week ago. Before Folsom Street Fair, I went camping in Coloma CA and whitewater rafting down the American River. It was pretty incredible with a ton of class 5 rapids. Omygosh, the mountain water was ice cold but I didn't fall in once :)
Will post pix from camping and Folsom trip this weekend. My body is sore from the events and I have a lot of Tivo to catch up. Spending a week in bed with Ben and Jerry, I'm skipping the gym for a while.
