On my personal life, I just did a full physical checkup for 2010 and I'm clean as whistle. I'm surprised that my cholesterol level is normal... who knew. My blood sugar is a bit high and my doc nagging on me to get off the sugar. I'm addicted to sugar and it's really tough.... love my 2 tablespoons of sugar in my coffee in the morning, cake or ice cream for dessert at night. I am now reading The Food Tree by Ranveig Elvebakk. Maybe that will help me getting back into shape also. Wish me luck!
